Selling Hawaii Real Estate – Jason Wong Hawaii Real Estate Channel

Selling Hawaii property may require some pre-planning. For example, packing away objects that are no longer in use, creating spacious, neutral, yet inviting environment. Be alert about smell – if a carpet, drape are soaked with pet or human scent, please go and get them professionally cleaned before having the property marketed for sale. First impression and curb appeal are crucial to drive qualified, serious buyers into the front door of a property. Furthermore, investors who are liquidating their properties that they have never lived in, it’s highly recommended to have a pre-listing home inspection being done on the property, so that any potential buyer can have more understanding about the condition of the property without second-guessing or making false assumption about the condition of the property.
