Conversely, the condo market offers incredible leverage for buyers. Inventory has risen nearly six percent, and the median price has dipped to $529,000. Buyers have more choices and less competition, presenting an ideal moment for local residents, out-of-state relocators, and Asia-Pacific investors to secure a slice of island living.

The real secret lies in pending sales. Single-family contract signings have jumped over fourteen percent, and condo signings are up five percent. The spring rush is starting early, signaling strong buyer demand despite interest rate headlines.
